    1/3 rd super free food

    To be honest, if you're losing weight doing what you're doing now - then keep doing the same. I prefer green days, love egg, chips and beans and jacket potatoes with beans and healthy extra cheese. I never fill my plates with 1/3 superfree food and still losing weight. Em x

    Green Day Chips using Actifry

    This sounds great, slimming world chips take me for ever to make, which is no good when I'm hungry as my eyes wander to the children's treat cupboard!

    Another idea for syn free chips!

    When you use an egg white for cooking like this is it still free? Only asking because there are some funny rules, like eating a piece of fruit is free but blending it into a smoothie isnt. Em x
