    I'm quite new to this whole dieting thing too and I've found keeping food and exercise diaries REALLY helpful. Forward planning around meal time is also helpful in keeping to the healthy eating plan. Good luck! x

    Hi all =] Seems I am joining an ever growing list of newbies! Maybe March is the month ;) I've found this site very helpful so thought it I'd probably benefit even more if I finally became a member!
