hi everyone i didnt update last week but i lost 4 lbs which i was sooooo pleased with! ive had an up and down week this week so i will see how it has effected me at the weigh in tomorrow. i havent eaten anything that bad but i havent been counting my syns etc so i think it may have let me down...
