    Eek thanks Amy!! I'm so stressed! In some ways that makes it easier though because then I have to plan everything I eat - so much time in the library, I cant just live on coffee and crunchies even if I wanted to! Hopefully I'll see a difference soon :D Thanks for the support :) xx

    I get these great tablets called Windeze - only ones i've ever had that work. One or two of those work a treat if i'm really uncomfortable. Give it a try! :)

    What boosts your weight losses????

    I would say exercise. I go to the gym about 2 or 3 times a week (motivation depending.....!) and even if it doesnt boost my weight loss I find it boosts my diet motivation :) And that's just as important, right?? Other than that I'd say just drinking lots of sugar free squash - makes me think...

    I definitely get strange period type pains as well. I think it's probably wind or something that doesnt agree with you properly, but doubt it's anything to worry about. Quorn always gives me wind! Too much info lol :D sorry.

    Cocktails cocktails cocktails!! Thats what I miss the most. It's difficult because there's no exact syn value. But I can't WAIT for the day when I can go out and get a cocktail if I want one!! Haha, make sure you drink something with your vodka - don't just put a straw in the bottle!!! :D xx

    Hmmm...sounds strange. Maybe get it checked out? Walk in clinic or something. I sometimes get period pain-type pains (at the wrong times!) but i'm not really sure what that is. I'm no expert! I'm not sure a diet could give you a muscle pain. Is it really bad? Maybe it's something like trapped...

    It's really strange though, SW seems to change its mind about certain things.....says in my syn value book that all pureed fruit and veg have syn values, yet in my SW free foods recipe book some of the soups are blended, and still free. They're both published by SW so it's a little confusing...
