Hi everyone just ordered my weeks supply of avidlite shakes. I have tried alot of different weight loss plans and was going to go back to c.d but was told to look at avidlite as a alternative as its alot cheaper. SO ordered the shakes finshed the chocs in fridge and now ready to start. good luck...
