    Counting Steps! What is the goal per day?

    Quark

    Mix in sweetner to taste. I usually do 2 tbsp quark to 2 tsp sweetner, great with fruit. If I feel naughty for 3 sins I have meringue with fruit and sweetened quark.

    Receipe for mullerlight/quark and jelly thing!

    Just weigh 28g of porridge oats and add a mullerlight, put in fridge overnight and thats it. You need no water or milk. Smashing now the weather is getting warmer.

    I make the magic porridge just with oats and yoghurt topped with strawberries, kiwi, grapes and a banana. Don't have the scan bran and I am very regular.

    Salads - how do you eat yours?!?

    Not a lettuce person, but what I do is (using my nicer dicer makes it easier) chop red onion, celery, radish, red, yellow and green pepper and carrot. I make enough to last a few days. Very tasty and crunchy.

    Banana bread/cake with pics

    Made cake this morning. My hubby and I love it. I used Splenda and works a treat. Tastes yummy when you think it has no sugar or fat in it. Will be going in my recipe file.
