    it didn't say cooked or uncooked hummmmm i added water with a stock cube in it, a great way to gove it taste without adding oil etc I'm going to switch to bulgar wheat as it's not starchy, looking at my couscous one it's processed semolina which can not be good really

    what? i pointed mine (from aldi) from the box and 75g was 2 points i have been feeling fatter after it though so maybe the box tells a lie?

    Aldi Salmon

    i get the salmon from aldi in the pink box.it's 4.5 points without anything added, so it must be a bit bigger than average as food list, list salmon as 3 points! i cook it in tinfoil with water and lemon juice and its fab!
