    Eating more

Brilliant post! The only thing I'd add is prepare, know what you're going to have for the following days breakfast, lunch, and dinner so you're not tempted by quick 'rubbish'.

    Too much rice?

Sounds lovely! To make it suitable for EE you'll need your 1/3 superfree with both courses I think.

    In need of motivation

hope your baby is well on the mend now and well done for starting again. Buying a countdown is one of my top tips, I liked to set a target for my weight loss at the end of each countdown, I found it really helpful having an aim. you can do it!

To keep or No to keep, that is the question??

So so true!!! If you're considering keeping them ask yourself why? if you think you'll need them again, you probably will, if you tell yourself it's for life and you'll never wear them again - you've much more chance of succeeding (well thats my philosophy this time anyway!!)

    STS!!!!

Lol! getting your head round maintaining target is pretty tough, so I fully understand your delight. well done you!

SW vs. WW, help me decided please

It was a little tongue in cheek :), but I did feel they didn't last as long as I wanted (I was on the minimum amount of points and found after breakfast and a sandwich lunch and a couple of fruit snacks I'd have used most of my allowance) Funnily enough many many years ago WW was the first...

    Your biggest tips!

I plan lunches mostly. If I have a free lunch prepared - I'm pretty much set up for the day. If I don't I end up with a tesco sandwich, crisps, choc ete etc

SW vs. WW, help me decided please

You had points left of an evening!! The one time I did WW and points I'd used them all up by lunch!! SW everyday for me, choice, flexibility and food.

    Your biggest tips!

Plan! Have fruit cut up and ready to eat. If you go to group - stay for Image Therapy Again if you go to group - buy a countdown and have a weight loss aim for the end of it Cook SW for the family, not different meals for everyone

A colleague of mine asked if I was expecting. 18 months and 2 stone later I thank her every day!!! Use it as in incentive to carry on

    Target member support

I've been at target since April '09 (the longest I've ever managed it). I've done it by continuing to go to group and stay most weeks. Yes I've had 'blips' - having one at the moment went over the 3lb range last week so currently using SAS logs to make me re-focus. I find I get complacent...

    The best diet ever!

I love Slimming World, because I'm a weight I never thought I'd see again, in a clothes size I never thought I'd fit again and have been there for 12 months. And this year I will have every right to wear my bikini on holiday!

    Frozen fruit

I have the frozen raspberies, blueberries and summer fruits. they're great. I mix them with magic porridge at night it's lovely in the morning

    So....What's for breakfast?

28g fruit and fibre vanilla and chocolate sprinkles muller blue berries, pineapple and melon (it so helps having all my fruit cut up and ready to go in the fridge!!)

Anyone up for a June Challenge?

I need to join in please!! I'm a struggling target member, who's going to have to pay next week if I dont get my act together. My aim to get 1 under my target weight and stay there!! Littlemissnaughty - 14lb (2lbs lost) Shrinking Bev - 14lb (lost 5lb - 9lb to go!) Lurverick - 8lb...

    Class or no class???

Class!! it is possible to go it alone, but sadly not for me. My old SW book is a testament to that, join, get to target, decide to get weighed once a month, have a bad week so don't get weighed, have another, and another, 6/12 months later join again even heavier than first time round. A...

Who never eats on weigh in day?????

To me that's the key, do what you do each week. I weigh in at 7pm so have breakfash and lunch normally plus my usual snacks and drinks I couldn't possibly go all day on nothing. I don't have dinner before weigh in though and do tend to wear similar clothes each week and have always taken shoes...

    McDonalds Oatso Simple

Great advice, 'tweaks' are ok if you're still losing weight, when you start to plateau you may need to reconsider your tweaks.

Are eggs free or superfree foods? What is the difference?

A year and a half on and no-one's every told me that!! Thankfully I made it to target anyway.

Are eggs free or superfree foods? What is the difference?

Has that changed since they issued the little EE booklet at the beginning of 2009? In there is says Superfree are marked with a star and Eggs and Quark and v low fat cottage chees, fromage frais and yogurt are all starred.

Extra Easy best tips for holidays to spain

my consultant always asks us what we are prepared to accept on our return from a holiday. By setting a target (even if it is a gain of say 3 lbs) it helps you to focus whilst on holiday and minimise any damage. I can only suggest making the best food choices you can whilst still allowing...

    taking a holiday from SW?

I think Crys means taking holidays after her CD has finished - she's got another two WI left. Could you afford go to group every other week? that way you only need to take 3 weeks holidays and it would still give you the discipline of regular WI. I think though if you do holiday for those 6...

    upset :(

Some people never bring their book along to class, I expect them to fill them in themselves - it's their book as far as I'm concerned. Get some tipex and write over it!

I weigh at my group, I'd have given you the stickers and written your weight wherever you'd wanted me to!

    Rewards

Out with the old and in with the new (clothes) is my reward. I have taken great delight through my weight loss of bagging up old big size clothes and replacing them with new ones.

    Going back to red

Thanks for clarifying that - i was just frantically reading my book to see where it said you couldn't eat between meals. I do EE all the time now, having previously been a fan of green days. I love that the only only thing I weigh all day is my cereal (although I'm just having to rein in my...

Realistically how much do you want to..

i was aiming for 9 st and a size 10 and made it (except in monsoon!!!) the first thing I do when I get the new mag is to look at the success stories to see how the ladies compare in height and weighr with me.

    How do you motivate yourself?

I'm trying an SAS log this week. I am at the top end of my target range at the moment and I want to get back to target (or maybe even under). I was a massive sceptic about SAS logs so it'll be interesting to see if I can keep it up. It's helped today as I've identified some potential danger...

A couple of questions for target members

I've been at target for just over a year now (the longest I've ever managed it) having lost 2 stone and I love it. It was hard work getting here and as happyholidays says it's hard staying at it ( I still need the discipline if class everyweek), but it's so worth it. I feel fab and think I...
