    Advice for getting back on the wagon!!

    I am not going to a class yet but will if I can't make it to my goal weight by september. I was so close to going up to the shop to buy my usual 3 bars of choc last night before I had even eaten dinner. so I had a lowcal hot choc which definitely worked. I think it is going to be my saviour...
