Had to get weighed today as working on wednesday and have lost another 3lb, I was so surprised as I was hoping I had been good enough to have lost 1.5lb to get my stone award never mind 3!!!!!

Haven't posted for ages, restarted in January and have lost anothe 2.5lbs this week, 12.5lb in total in 5 weeks!! Well done to all of those who've had good results. And keep going to those who have been disappointed xx
