    August Challenge here...

    I went back to slimming world after 3 weeks off and still lost 1lb so I was really chuffed!! So close to my goal so I'm going to aim for 8lbs and hoping it to be more...hopefully this is me back on track :)

    What are you most looking forward to?

    Wearing size 10 or 12's for once in my life and feeling comfortable in them! Wearing a bikini next summer and feeling fabulous! This website is helping me sooooo much!!!! Thank you to the creators!

    Not for another 3 weeks as I'm on holiday as of saturday....I've got a bit of a plan for my 2 weeks away as some one else who does slimming world is going to be there which helps...maybe I should try some exercise. I feel sluggish a little too so that might help

    Hello...like some others need a bit of a rant! I feel a bit lost and have slipped back into old habits, this happened first time I did slimming world and I gained all the weight back. I'm living back home with my mum and dad this isn't helping much, naturally I appreciate them buying food etc...

    Big Brother Challenge - 12 weeks to go!

    Love to join Hi all I'd love to join. I think I'm going to go for 20lbs. That's just under 2lb a week and hopefully I'll be at my target weight just about. I'm on silver body magic starting from today I did 30 mins so just another hour to do! Looking forward to it!

    15th November Challenge

    Quite happy to link up through the forum, I got weighed today put on 3lbs but this has been on of the worst weeks for me ever! I had some bad news and turned to junk food, was straight back on plan this morning. Drinking 2 litres of water a day helps! I reduce my bread intake and ryvita instead...
