    Well I lost 5lb in the first week and i cant believe its the next WI tonight. I am hoping I have lost another 2lb then it will be my ½ stone... fingers crossed for me and for everyone else out there... thanks for all the encouragement xx

    YAYYYYYYY :D:D:D:D I have lost 5lb,........ cannot believe it and my husband said to me before i went for WI... dont get your hopes up because you have eaten more this week than you normally eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I DID IT.... now concentrate on this week...... thanks everyone...
