it's my 3rd week this week and I'm dreading it as I had a pig out the weekend! fingers crossed X but the last to weeks I had lost 6lbs!:) back on track this week is a must!! x x

hello!! had a pig out this weekend feel really bad for doing it with all the drinks I had and the takeaways as well! :( I'm still going to go to class if I don't I think I will give up completely....so go!!! you always got a week to get back on track and lose the weight for next week.... Good...
