can anyone help? i dont like the sw hifi bars but love the ww ones however cant get hold of one to work out the syn value. Anyone please?:eat:

need a chocolate fix daily so I try to use my syns for part of this but gettin g sick of milky ways- any other chocolate around the same syns value suggestions please?

Can i ask for help please? do you have to have free or superfree foods with every meal, even breakfast? Like if I have cereal (crunchy bran & milk) do i have to have something else with it? Thanks for looking folks.
