    Thinking Of Joining Slimming World

    As everyone else has said - just go for it! You could put on weight between now and Jan but if you join Slimming World now you should lose weight before Jan. I was really nervous when I first went but everyone at my meeting is really lovely!

    Extra Easy Days Whats for pudding?

    I've recently been having fat free vanilla yoghurt on a chopped apple and adding cinnamon to it! The cinnamon really adds something nice and it feels like an extra treat!

    What's for breakfast?

    I normally have All Bran with a fat free yoghurt on it (I don't like milk) and fruit. Often have a banana chopped up otherwise an apple or strawberries! At the weekend I sometimes have an omlette filled with mushrooms with my cheese allowance and beans!

    do you all write down your food

    I'm writing down everything but I'm only a few weeks in and our Consultant asks us to give them to her for the first few weeks. I'm thinking of starting a little notebook which will last me lots of weeks/few months a time!
