    I'm planning on sticking to plan up to Christmas day but then I'm away visiting family and friends till after new year and am a wine lover...but not bothered about a 4lb weight gain as long as I get straight back on plan at the beginning of January...

    I think I am on one pound this week too Karen with my own way in this morning, but will have to wait till tonight to see for sure. Would have liked more but I think drinking at the weekend put paid to that :(

    Do you ever feel 2nd best to thinner people??

    I have not reached my target weight yet, but even so with the weight I have lost people definitely treat me differently. I suppose for me the key is not whether I felt second best to other slim people, but that the larger version of myself was definitely second best to the slim version.

    low point hangover food please!

    I was feeling a little delicate too, I also managed to skip the takeaway but had way too much white wine. I resisted the fry up and instead had a some fat free greek yoghurt with a banana.
