    I don't like porridge or soup either I prefer all shakes cold except vanilla I like that hot with coffee in it!! I guess it's trial and error!! Good luck

    Hiya I done excactly the same yesterday.the roof of my mouth was actually sore I ate so much.but no point looking back.new day today nothing else for it!! Draw a line and start again.good luck x
