    maybe you are not eating enough? I find that when I drink too many fizzy drinks I don't lose because they bloat me, try to keep them as a treat. If you shake up the food a bit having different things that might help

    WW Reduced fat thick cream??

    sorry to butt in but this cream would be perfect on top of irish coffees as it is quite a thick consistency. Tastes just like regular cream. The creme fraiche also works perfectly instead of regular creme fraiche

    thanks so much didn't have the cheese but read on one of the other threads that it's only 1pp so could have had it and still been within budget. I hadn't subway in about 2 years so I thoroughly enjoyed this for 9pp.:p
