Ooh sounds painful. I've just been given a mandolin and have been using it today to make low fat crisps but was a bit scared using it.

I tried the syns online earlier and every dag for the last few days and I don't think it's working properly because it didn't find anything for me, even well known brands. Ended up inputting cals in the snackulator to kind syn amount.

We're having chicken with roasted Mediterranean veg and roast potatoes and garlic with rosemary. Hope it tastes nice without the feta on the veg and the chicken without any sauce or dip.
