I chuck a load of chicken breasts diced up, an onion, garlic, diced potatoes, carrots, Rosemary and 500ml of chicken stock in mine for a gorgeous stew. Only about 260 calories per serving if using four chicken breasts. Yummy!
I did the same today. I had a lovely big slimming world breakfast then hours passed and I got home and was ravenous and tucked into a bowl of leftover cream cheese frosting and a massive chunk of carrot cake. Then to do further damage I ate a piece of bread with peanut butter. Fail. Back on now...
