my local chippy does mini fish and chips, which means I don't eat more than necessary and choose a large portion of mushy peas for their speed food properties
I love Harvester, and my choice is always chicken with jacket potato and salad cart ... just need count syns for thousand island dressing and stay away from the bacon bits and dried onion, which is hard but do-able

It's encouraging to see how other people on SW are achieving, and not always feeling saintly!! I've set myself the target of half a stone every 4 weeks, have managed to achieve that for my first month, so have another 14 weeks to go to reach target ... i'm hoping that by not expecting a rapid...
