    1st Day SS on 1/1/11

    Hi guys, i just started the diet today. I had the mint chocolate shake for breakfast, which i didnt like at all but it filled me up. I had the maple and pecan flavor porridge for lunch which was sweet but better than the shake. Im currenly 13 stone 6lb and 5 ft 1 and my goal is to reach 8 stone.
