    They are healthier! I love a veggie sausage sandwich with onions n brown sauce :). The Quorn ham / chicken slices are good too. X

    That sounds tasty! Need to get some brown rice in. Bought the wholemeal noodles today n the soy sauce . Thought a nice veg chow mien would be another meal idea. Quorn sausages are yummy! I make toad in the hole n have mash , veg n gravy soo good! The Cumberland ones are the best x

    I'm the same Stacey! Feel really bloated and bagged up. Must be the carbs cos I usually only have bread once a day using pps. X

    So far today I've had on h/f:- B - 2 warburtons crumpets with 15g streamline jam. Coffee L- WW bagel with extra light Philly 1pps Cucumber slices. Half a bag of ww cheese puffs 1pps . 1 rich tea 1pps Wondering what to make for dinner ?will post later. Do you think that's ok so far? 2nd day...
