    Oh no problems at all, as this is my first one I don't know how you're meant to put the weights so it's helpful to me, and I think alot of weightlosses must get lost as people add and update different lists etc so you're doing an important job:D

    Hehe, I did the exact same thing last night after someone was raving about strawberries at class! So I went to Sainsburys after class and I had some with yogurt and alpen hi fibre this morning for breakfast! I am so keen to get my half stone award next week!

    Well I lost 3lbs this week, am very happy with that as it was what I'd gained last week! Think I will start my challenge from here officially, as the 3lbs was already originally lost! Thank you all for the motiviation and inspiration!
