    Have you tried low cal drinking chocolate?? Doesn't do it for everyone but is very sweet so can help. I like cocoa which is less sweet but still chocolatey and only one sin per mug (using milk as healthy option) Cheer up! Tomorrow is another dieting day... eek!

    other peoples ideas when struggling

    I remind myself how long it took me to get this size and then remember there is no quick fix. If I cheat I start again the next day and if feeling strong I try and cut down a bit to compensate! Agree with the food diary bit too, I am honest even if it hurts!
