Did you keep a food diary so the consultant could tell you if you were doing something wrong somewhere?
I am positive you are not the only one, I have been on and off sw for 4 years now, and 5 different classes!!
Thats such a shame when that happens, I love smoked fish but know lots of people find it too fishy.
Do you have any eggs, can do loads with a few of those :)
I did a fishy week after reading this, after putting on 1 1/2lb last week for NO reason this week I lost 3 1/2lb, for me this is AMAZING. I am normally a 1/2lb a week girl :D
I dont normally drink anything except for coffee, my losses are generally 1/2lb a week, last week I drank 2 litres of water every day and lost 1 1/2lb, was super chuffed.
I think it helped as it stopped me snacking.
Its like a thin ryvita, you can get them at group or health food shops -I think.
5 for a b choice (correct me if I am wrong) you can make lots of things with them, not too pleasant on their own!
