    Help....... Please...:-(

Hi, I've just jumped onto your post as another new starter struggling with day 1. I've slept until nearly 3pm so I didn't have to think about or be tempted by food. I find I'm the total opposite of everyone else who all fear the weekends for being their let down. I find on my days off I do ok as...

    Feeling postitive!!!

I know what you mean, my will power is rubbish too. I'm started on my days off hoping to do the first 2 bad days at home. I've ended up staying in bed until 2.45pm!! so I don't think about food! Wish I could hibernate for 10 weeks and just be drip fed my shakes.

    Squeezes diary week 1

I've really enjoyed reading your diary. I'm only on day 1 so big high five to you! I've had 2 false starts this year, but I wasn't on any support sites like this so I'm really hoping to do well this time. I hope you do carry on updating and don't let nasty comments from others get you down. If...

Day 2 - hungry moody and wanting food!

You are doing well not giving in to temptations. Must have been very difficult in Maccy D's with all those smells wafting about! I salute you. You'll be in ketonis soon, so the food cravings should be a lot less, and you'll start to feel better! Stick with it, I just hope I can too as this is...

Another restarter - here we go again!!!

Eek! I'm already worrying about getting day 1 over with! Made the mistake of having hi-carb meal last night, which no doubt will mean ketonis wont start till around day 5 - not good. Well at least that's the fridge clear now, I've thrown out the last of the biscuits and sweets so no temptations...

    Feeling postitive!!!

Best of luck jenhen I saw your recent post on emma's diary (what a fabulous read eh, she should write a book about her weight loss experience, or her life in general !) But back to you, as this is your post. You're right this is much harder when it's not your first try. I lost 3 stone in 2004...

Amazing results! I'm sure you will see the inches falling off soon and notice clothes getting baggy. Are you keeping note of your measurements as well as weight? How did you manage to loose 14lbs in first 9 days, your post says you are starting exercise this week, did you drink like 4 litres of...

    Re Starting Lipotrim

Thanks everyone for posting so quickly. Nikki supporting each other is a great idea as we are starting on the same day. You'll have to bear with me if I'm not up to speed with rme forums/posting etc. Although I have been following comments on here for a few weeks I've not interacted or made my...

    Re Starting Lipotrim

I’ll keep this short and sweet for a first post. I am re-starting lipotrim tomorrow. I was successful on lipotrim in 2007 loosing 2 stone, and another stone lost in 2008. I am now 4 stone heavier than I was the last time I successfully went through a lipotrim program. I feel most of my...
