    I was really good and had a fab NSV, today i bought my first pair of size 12 jeans, i've never been a size 12 before in my life! did a little dance in the shop when they fit :) Trying to be good this week as well as i have a welcome home dinner for a friend at the weekend and want to enjoy it

    Hi guys, like to join this thread at 10'5 and looking to get down to 9 for my birthday next april, think its a realistic goal. Def have noticed a slow down in the weight loss, just gonna keep trucking.

    PP weekly allowence!

    I use them all some weeks, a few in others and none on other weeks. I've found my losses always consistant than from 1-2lbs. I think it keeps my body on its toes by varying it.

    I've found it great so far. Overall I've lost 7lbs and i'm in week 5. First two weeks used no weeklies, or very few, next weeks used all of them (birthday and easter) and still have had good consistant losses of 1lb - 2lbs.     Calling all Irish!!!

    Hi guys, had a good find recently. Superquinns Reduced fat garlic toasts are only 2 pp a slice. I had them with some tomatos and spinch and some Branston sweet onion relish I got in Lidl thats only a point for a tbsp. Gorgeous lunch for 5 pp.

    ProPoints Newbies!!

    Hi Guys, I'm new to weight watchers, only started on monday, doing the at home one as I work shift work and never know when I can make a meeting.
