    I saw this in my mother's issue of the SW mag, looks fantastic. Like a cross between and omlette and a quiche with no crust I imagine?

    Leeks?

    I remember one of the mags had a recipe for Chicken and Leek pie with a SW chips topping, can't quite remember which issue though sorry :( I like leeks done in a Morrisons cheese sauce packet (1 syn) and an ounce of low fat cheddar (1 HA)

    Cold pasta??

    Mix your cold pasta with a small bag of salad leaves, come chopped bacon a couple tablespoons of extra light salad cream and 1-2 tsp of piri piri chicken seasoning. I found this on one of those "I have to use this stuff up" days.
