Hiya thanks for that tip I didnt realise that citrus can, I better make sure that doesnt happen again. I need to be really strict as I have my 2nd weighing on Monday and am determined to lose another 6lbs. Yet I know it aint easy but I'm thinking postive it will happen. How you getting on?

Hi all,
nice to read this thread it is very encouraging, however I've been starving today and had just ploished 6 strawberries and a satsuma.
Now I feel guilty, but I have only had one ss soup at lunch time, so I think I've justified it.
I'm not sure what its called all I know its that there patches that I have to wear all the time and change them twice a week. Tommorrow will get better, think of the postive sides, the reason why you wanna do this diet. I have to admit it aint easy.
HI Anne I've not long joined its my 8th day in and am find it difficult. Like yourself I'm on hrt patches after having a hysterctomy, at 36 years old and have put on just over a stone. I've had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 6lbs, so its looking good however I do feel quite hungry..
I thought you couldnt have any diet coke or other fizzy. My consultant said to stay on plain water. I have a really bad craving of just biting into a big fat burger. I just need food at the moment. I do hope it gets easier
Went to see consultant today lost 6lbs in the first week. Feel really good about myself. Just a bit concerned she said that the weight can take slower to come off as you continue the ss.Has anyone else had that problem. I was hoping to continue with the 6lbs a week sounds good.:flirt2:
Not feeling too bad now, however its my birthday and really wanted to go out for a family meal. Since decided against it kept myself busy until now. Just hand a shake and feel really tired and still quite achy.
Hi this is my day 6 and feeling very low and have been feeling quite ill. I;m new to this forum and havent ever done this before or this diet, it is very hard. I'm finding it a struggle to through. I go back to my consultant on monday and am worried if I will be able to last till then. When does...
