I really need something to kick start me into the summer. Been at SW for 5 weeks and so far managed to loose 8 lbs without sticking 100% to plan. So I want to really try! By aug I want to have lost 15lbs! Could someone add me please as I'm using my phone?
I lost 2lbs tonight after gaining 2 1/2 last week on holidays. I am determined to stick to the plan this week and get blow 13st for the first time in three years.
