    Hi!! I'm a newbie too! Started sw 2 weeks ago and lost half a stoneI have never eaten so much on a diet! There are lots of things you can stock up on that are free foods. Pasta, cold meats, fruit and veg! Good luck and let me know how your 1st week goes :)

    Hi, I'm doing rosemary conely which is the same thing really 1400 calories a day and less than 5% fat! I lost 2.5 stone since joining in sept but over Christmas put 7lb back on I'm back in the zone today and would like to loose at least another 2 stone by the summer! Well done on your huge...
