Hmm yeah just worked it out that this post should be in the "syn values" forum...sorry!

I've been trying to work it out using Syns Online and i'm not sure. Tesco light choices wraps, pack of 8, 67g each and then it shows a syn value of 9. Is that for the pack or each? If each then :cry: If for the pack then :D Does anyone know for sure?
