    Iced coffee with choc shake

    Haven't had any cold shakes so far (being having all as coffee) but will def try iced coffee. Sounds delish! Good work! :)

    Totally fed up

    I'm day 6 today too and I've found it the hardest so far :( really wanting to munch something just for the action of chewing! But I think those potato skins won't have done any harm for you. The major benefit if ketosis is not feeling so hungry etc so it might just mean the next couple of days...

    Cold peppermint tea

    Oooh sounds nice. Anyone tried peppermint tea with choc shake? Might taste like an after eight?! Only on day 4 and looking for variety. I only like the choc shakes! So far mousse and iceceeam tried with varying amounts of coffee/espresso. Does anyone know if chai tea is allowed?

    Oh try it try it try it! I have to admit I was worried about that too but had big glass of water before and after and didn't notice any difference in hunger. As in I haven't felt hungry at all. But am concerned about my caffeine intake shaky shaky!!

    Latte is good idea ! :) I had a rather adventurous mousse - choc shake made with 2oz espresso mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Didn't feel like diet food but maybe my tastebuds have died after 4 days! Keep at it everyone!

    Fancyfilly's major weightloss diary!!

    Hey everyone ^^^ how's the weight loss going? I'm only day 1. Finding it a challenge not to sneak snacks in (like when feeding my 14month old her tea, or when hubby nips out and I'm only accountable to myself!) but have managed 100% so far. But I am v hungry. Finding the shakes not super tasty...

    Skinnymam - I know exactly what u mean about seeing yummy mummies around - I managed to lose weight to conceive, had awful pregnancy and put on more than had lost in first place. Determined to lose it all now. Today is my day 1. Am hungry but hey ho. Good luck!

    I checked with pharmacist today - he said only listerine and oraldene. Hope that helps. I'm starting on Sunday. Newbie :)

    Taking the plunge

    Hi guys - I've been reading some of the posts re LT and I'm thinking it might be for me. How hard is it to stick to - what is the longest anybody has managed? Bit worried re hunger as generally have massive appetite! I've tried most diets and failed. Worried it's just another waste of money but...
