    I also never bothered with the fat per 100g, I just looked at the fat content per meal. If it was less than 15-20g, then I ate it.

    Thanks everyone. I maintain by just watching what I eat. Anything in moderation, rather than anything and everything all of the time. However, on weekends I eat what I want. I usually weigh 3 or 4 pounds more on Monday, but it's gone by Friday so all good.

    I didn't have any as I never ate more than 15g of fat per meal. I didn't think they were working so I tested with a pizza. They worked then. ;) I ate good through the week but one day a week I ate whatever I wanted to and didn't feel guilty. I didn't take the tablets that day though.

    I lost 4.5 stone using Xenical. I never looked at fat per 100g, just each meal. That seemed to work fine for me.

    Calories also matter. Of course they do. You can eat all the low fat you like, but if you are still eating lots of calories and not creating a deficit, then how will you lose weight? A couple of Yorkshire puds with 2g of fat and 50 something calories in is hardly a Mars bar.

    However, with 2g of fat per pud. Perfectly allowable for a meal. They never did me any harm whatsoever.

    The small ones I eat have 2g of fat per pud. As long as the calories are low, then why should it matter?

    Too much water???

    I have a big glass every hour or so. I hate plain water though so I have Robinsons in mine. The sugar free one :-)

    Go and see your GP. Talk to them and get some support before you pick a day to start dieting. Sometimes, talking about how you are feeling can help give you clear focus. Good luck x

    Low fat lunch

    Boots Shapers meals are low fat/ calorie and quite tasty. I like the BBQ wrap with some Snack a Jacks. :-) Mmmmmmm.

    You are not eating enough. Aim for around 1500 cals a day. More if you are exercising, or your body will hold on to the weight because it assumes you are starving. Don't forget, if you are exercising, muscle weighs more than fat. I would strongly suggest having a blow out once a week too. Eat...

    If you follow the instructions correctly, then you shouldn't experience any side effects whatsoever. I would suggest following a low calorie/ fat diet through the week, and one day a week eat whatever you like. Stops your body going into a plateau. Good luck.
