I had some soya nuts at lunchtime to keep me going. Used up about 400 kcal for dinner with a veg stir fry using sesame oil which pushed up the cals. Up day today :-)

I had a look on the Slimfast website, the 23g choc mint bar only had 1g protein and 16g carbs. Where as the 55g CS bars have about 16g protein and 22g carbs. So Slimfast has more carbs and very low protein. It's the higher protein and lower carbs that helps the CS programme to burn fat... Hope...
I started CS yesterday, so far I have not felt hungry. Eating 6 times a day helps, in fact I have felt less hungry than on previous plans. My favourites have been the Garden Vegetable soup, Roast Chicken soup and Berry Fudge snack bar :-)

Thanks Carly, did the 30 Day Shred yesterday. It was not nearly as bad as I thought, in fact I enjoyed it, I am well out of shape but still managed it, sore today but I stepped on the scales and 2 lbs lost, woo hoo :-) your diary is an inspiration :-D x
There is a WW iPhone app which I use but I think you have to be registered to WW online to use it. But you can check it out and its free through iTunes :-)
If you do an online search you should find a program to calculate your ProPoints :-)

That calculates to be 5pp

Hi Carly, Im a newbie, I've just bought the 30 Day Shred (should arrive today) I've only just started ProPoints. I hope you don't mind me asking how you like The Shred? Have you been doing it for a while? Did you notice a difference? I've heard reviews that say it's not for beginners? Oops lots...

Yes it's a free app you can download from iTunes. It calculates points, has a good food database, track your points, weight. It's definitely helping me to keep on track :-)

It's basically an intense exercise programme with 3 levels of intensity, you work out for 20 minutes a day and you do each level for 10 days.
I'm hoping it will help me to tone up my muffin top!
