    So after 5 days of zumba, I lost 1 lb. I am actually ok with that, but still looking at other people's statistics they seem to lose 2, 2 1/2 or 3 per week... How is that???? never mind, suppose I should accept that slow and steady will get there in the end

    Think it's ok, just looking for a bit of support and pressure iyswim!! Did weight watchers before and found going to the meeting and getting weighed motivated me! But, having said that, am pleased with the progress I have made, although it seems to be very slow!!

    Well done Annya, that's fantastic!!! Pomette, thanks for your comment, made me feel much better to look at it like that! Today is day 5 of Zumba at home, so see if that makes any diference. What is SE and the other thing?

    Thanks all for the warm welcome... Have promised myself not to look at that chart thing on the website again. I do feel better, I have dropped one dress size which is fantastic. To be honest, if I could fit into a size 12 I would be ecstatic, so not so much worried about the actual weight...

    Hi Ladies, Please can I join you? After an initial sucess, my weight loss has slumped to 1lb per week, which is so depressing. I was actually not feeing too bad about it until I looked at my progress online... It seems like I won't reach my club 10 till after christmas now, I was hoping to do...
