Going up my mums for tea and she's making curry, with madras paste so I'll have to syn that and I'm taking my own mint sauce, mango chutney and onion chutney - all syn free of course! I had a gain last week so trying harder this week but can't turn dwn madras mmm lol xx

Syn free curry, maybe give egg fried rice a go if not just boiled rice. Gonna try and make mango chutney, onion chutney, mint sauce n then cut up onions, cucumber and tomatoes to have with a poppadum! May even give onion bahjis a go but I dunno if I could fit them in ha ha x x

Just made this with 3/4 bovril and two small eggs! Added half the spices to the breadcrumbs n half to the bovril egg mix... Absolutely lush xx

I had chicken breast, mini roast potatoes with fry light, broccoli, green beans and carrots. Oh and bisto gravy :( not fussed on bisto but needed gravy lol xx

Thank you :) I was 15 st 4 after I had my daughter! I lost 3 stone and lost track :( I've now nearly put on 2 stone! :( I have polycystic ovaries and need to loose at least 2 stone to be referred for fertility help! So I need to loose it for a good reason! I'd like to loose 3-4 stone tho...
