Thank you for your lovely message. He is 14 weeks, I have two others aswell 7 and 11. Starting to feel so much better. Enjoyed my no pressure week and I still lost a pound ha. Back on track from tomorrow, got Zumba tomorrow night and that always lifts my mood xxx
Have post natel depression at the min so decided to give myself a week off plan and exercise. A no pressure week. Back on plan from thursday though only need a 1lb for my stone award.

I had my first Zumba class on Tuesday and I totally loved it. I couldnt believe how much I sweated though, it was so fast. Cant wait for next weeks class:) well done to everyone that is motivated and have took the plunge and gone to a class. xx
If u have time why dont u try and make something sweet to take thats low in syns. Some of the cakes etc r lovely. Or do a sw pasta salad to go with the chicken, be lovely.making me hungry ha
I always get told by our group leader if u have a night out just try and make good choices. Enjoy yourself and start a fresh the next day. If u know ur out try and have 6 really good days and that will make up for the not so good day. Hope this helps :)

Is rubbish when u have been good and done extra exercise and u have had a gain. ive done lots of exercise this wk and it looks like a gain for me later :). Just have to try and stay focused and dont let it get u down. I have post natel depression so the biscuit jar is calling all day ha...

I enjoyed it, it was very david letterman with the back drop and studio set up. He does interupt a bit lol but like his interview style. Loved adele shes so normal. Sjp needs a bit more than snail porridge down her though skinny as a rail..
Hi its sounds like ur body is holding on to ur weight as its not getting enough calories with all the exercise ur doing. I would either decrease the exercise a bit or up the calories and continue with the exercise. I do 16k twice a day on my exercise bike only takes 30 mins each time but...
Ive got another stone to go too. I always get weighed on a sunday ha then can sort it out if it isnt looking good. Ive got my weigh in tonight so fingers crossed
