really dissapointed with myself this week as i gained 1/2 a pound even tho i thought i stuck to the plan but then i had been ill most of the time so i dont know if that could of effected it but hopefully i will lose next week

hi i started on tuesday weighed in at home as i havent got time 2 go to a group im currently 12 stone 6 pound

im 12.6 i started doing the slimming world diet at home on tuesday as my partner started going to a tuesday group but i dont have time 2 go
