    Hello! Newbie back on Slimming world.

    Hi I tend to do mostly green during the week- I find it more filling and red at weekends- I have cravings for a bacon sandwich by then lol and I love a good roast dinner as well. Congrats on your loss liverpoollauren ur doing really well.

    Hello! Newbie back on Slimming world.

    Hello everyone - just happened to find this forum a couple of weeks ago and its been amazing source of help. I'm back on slimming world having lost 3 stone with them a couple of years ago but sadly 11/2stone has slowly slipped back on:sigh: Look forward to sharing ideas and recipes with everyone.:)
