Yes, well am going to have to do points, I have tried pro points but dont like it. I lost 83lbs in 2008 but gradually put 4 stone back on . I am determined to let myself do the plan that I have confidence in. Good luck if you're starting!
Think you need to try it to find out. It has got a lot of advantages, mainly no weighing and measuring! Just learn to recognize when you've had enough to eat. Very different to being 'full'!

100%. with you! Losing weight on a diet isn't the answer because you still feel controlled and are scared to "eat normally" because you haven't learned how to!! Set yourself free and just eat what you need. Good luck!! X

Just joined so all new! Am gold member at weight watchers and not happy with pro points, change for the sake of change? Am starting counting old points from today, lost 6 stone 4 years ago but put 2 back on. Bought old books and old calculator on eBay!
