    I've managed 2.5 hours this week. Better than last week but still not reaching my target. How do I update my time on the list? I'm still trying to workout how to use this site :-) x

    Have been really busy so didn't have chance to add results from last week :-( only managed 1 and a half hours last week because of all the things that popped up. Bit disappointed but making more effort this week and done an hour so far. Well done everyone else!

    Have managed some nice long walks this week as well. Gym sessions will start nxt week. We are all sounding very motivated which is great! Those of u thinking of doing zumba will love it. I was a bit nervous going to class at first but it was so much fun. X

    Can I join too? I really want to focus on exercise as I have been a bit lazy recently. I aim to do 3hrs per week either gym or running. I might even dust off the cross trainer, which at the moment looks more like a coat rack lol. X

    K.T I know how you feel. I have had a rubbish week as well which also involved a McDonalds :sigh: Combination of being v busy and v hungry and having to eat what is available. Back to being good from now on.

    Your typical pre-SW food diary?

    Breakfast : cereal Lunch: sandwich Dinner: this was usually where the problems lie. Pizza was a favourite or take away. Huge portions as well. Wine!!
