hi,ive been on xenical for a few days,can you tell me whats the best things to eat,im new to all this dieting and have no idea what to eat with these pills,any help would be great,thanks lizim 54 and 116 only 51,cant exercise as had 2 strokes and bad arthritus so it has to be done by diet,
