    Tips needed on getting "SW Chips" right...

    Microwave the chips for 10 minutes which cooks them and dries them out then when you cook them they go nice and crispy. Also works for fry light roast potatoes

    extra easy problem

    The secret to extra easy is to add all the veg into your cooking - eg a stew, bolognaise or curry etc I'm not a massive veg fan but hiding it like this means I'm having my 1/3 of super free.
