Welcome to the site. Keep on powering through the days and they go by so quickly after the 2nd week. Ive just had my sixth weigh in and have lost a total of 2 and a half stone. Just keep thinking about your goal at the end and it will keep you going. Good Luck

not updated this for a little while. Just got back from the chemist and I lost 5lb this week :D

When I go into the chemist to get my lipotrim and get weighed I have to take in a urine sample and they test it then for me.

Well I survived easter and am happy to say that I have lost another 6 pounds :) Although at the chemist they said my keytones where 16! when they where 8 last week! so I think lots more water is needed.

Went to the chemist for my first weigh in and to get my liptrim for next week. Was very happy to see that i have lost 11 pounds! woohoo!!!

First day on Lipotrim I am really excited about starting my lipotrim. Both me and my girlfriend are on it for our wedding next year. I am currently just under 18 stone so i think i have about 3-4 stone to loose. Ive had my first lipotrim pack today which was vanilla and I thought it was quite nice.
