Hi everyone I started 10 days ago at 21st 11 had my first weigh in on Monday and lost 9 pounds so I'm hoping to be in the 20s after weigh in this Monday ! You are all doing so well :-)
As from tomorrow there is going to be a new me and I can't wait, I have loved reading the blogs and diaries which have given me the inspiration and kick up the backside I needed :)
