I've joined the tesco diet online thingy... Am going to give it a try for a month to see how I go... Just have to resist the temptation of leftover Christmas chocs especially as TOM is looming!! Thanks for all your warm welcomes and good luck with your weight losses too!

Went crazy doing sports active 1 and 2 on the wii, a bit of jillian michaels 30 day shred and a couple of workouts off fitness tv... Counted EVERY calorie on a really good free calorie counting website (went a bit OCD with measuring stuff!!!)... Drank LOTS of water... And then in April I went...
