    Still havnt lost any weight! It just fluctuates between 1lb +/- depending on what horrible mood the scales are in I'm going to the gym eating a lot healthier and nothing is happening might just have to go on a salad diet or something I think I might cut out bread completely, iv heard cutting out...

    I'm doing really rubbish I've been eating healthy apart from a few slip ups and I havnt lost a lb I'm just into my 2nd week I know I'm being impatient but I just want this to work so bad!
