    Thanks sue, I hope you're right! I had a great time, always enjoy rambling around London. Unfortunately when I'm abroad I tend to do the whole "in another country so diet doesn't count" thing though!!

    Well, I'm just back from a weekend in London. Had kept the majority of my weeklies so had about 45 pp a day. I didn't eat a huge amount but what I ate wasn't the best!! Ha! Had a fry yesterday morning for brekkie.....oops!! Anyway, I'm back on track now but kind of dreading W.I. on Wednesday...

    Just been weighed in. Down 0.5. A little disappointed as I didn't go over points, walked at least 6 miles and did good gym work. Ah well, not gonna let it affect me as altogether in 6 weeks I'm down 14.5 lbs. Hopefully next week will be better :)

    Hi everyone. I've just come back from WI - lost 3 lbs to make it to 13.13, have lost 1 stone exactly in 5 weeks. Didn't think I'd have done it til next week so really delighted to be joining you all here :) x

    Congrats Dizzydee! It's great to actually be able to see a real difference in every day life rather just "on-screen" once a week! Keep it up :) I'm off for my wi shortly. 14.2 last week with 3 lbs to go for my first stone AND to make it into the 13's. Don't think I'll do it this week but...

    Chin up Lianna! It's not easy but just start again tomorrow and work for a loss next week. I was weighed today as well, down 1.5 so that's 11 lbs in 4 weeks. Beginning to feel a difference now. It's difficult to stay motivated but think of how happy you'll be on ur hols being down those extra...

Have lost almost 4 stone a few years ago but it all went back on plus some (had a target and once I got there I gave up!) This time I've no time frame and am doing it just for me...
